Intro

Join me as I train for my very first half marathon- the ING Philadelphia Distance run in September. I have been an avid runner since I was young but always used it as a way to train for my upcoming field hockey, basketball, or lacrosse season and to blow off steam. Now that I graduated college, thus ending my athletic career in field hockey, I have decided to get back into the competition through my love of running. I have ran three 5ks so far this year, my PR being 19:45. I love good food, good health, reading, writing, and living an active lifestyle and look forward to meeting people who share the same interests!!Here it goes!
